This GP practice has only ever treated me with dignity and respect. All their staff are polite, efficient and courteous. Even during pressured times, (covid), they were present to help when needed. Their staff go above and beyond to help.

I don't think there is anything that could be done to improve, apart from maybe have more that one receptionist on the front desk when queues form, usually because the initial receptionist gets caught up dealing with a patients questions or enquiries.
