My wife made a mistake and on a Thursday night realised that she did not have sufficient BP tablets to see her over the weekend. Normally 48 hours are required for repeat prescriptions, but I contacted Boots (Sunrise Avenue) and the surgery on the Friday, and by virtue of good communication, and a flexible approach, a new prescription was dispensed that day. Excellent. Today (22 August 2016) I visited Nurse Stella - very professional and caring. Please keep up the excellent service(s) that you provide for your patients. Thank you
