i find this surgery very frustrating, it takes days to get through to reception to make an appointment, then they never have any for the day or time that you want, you need to ring up every day if you want appointment for that day which is easier said then done when you work full time, i find most of the doctors rude and make you feel as though you are wasting thier time with your health issues, the electronic prescription system is a joke, the surgery send it to the pharmacy which is twenty feet away and it goes on a trip around the world before it gets to the pharmacy so you have to keep checking with the pharmacy to see if your prescription has arrived, sometimes it can take upto FOUR days
