I have been a patient hear for many years without any problem but on the 13th of march I become very unwell I phone them at 4pm on a Monday then was told to wait for a phone call that was fine then at half 5 I phoned again as they close at half 6 and then was told the doctor had one more patient to phone so I waited and at ten past 6 I walked to the doctors only to find they are all closed up so I tap on the window and women inside says we are closed and go to A and E I said I'm waiting for the doctor to ring me she said again we are closed very very poor doctors now doctor steal has taken over and I'm taking this matter further and now he phoned me saying I am banned because I banged on the window

Thank you for your feedback. Our receptionist reported that you arrived at the surgery at 7pm, half an hour after closing time; you were verbally abusive to her and banged the window directly in front of her face, which she found very threatening. The practice adheres to the NHS's Zero Tolerance policy, and as such does not expect staff to be subject to verbal or physical abuse.
