My family have been at this surgery nearly 30 years but since the resent change of leadership and staff we have not found the support we have had. My son was left with very little understanding of his condition and there seems to be a general lack of empathy with efficiency taking its place. We have since left.

Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed that you felt the practice was not supportive to the needs of you and your family. The Practice Manager always welcomes the opportunity to meet with patients/carers to discuss their concerns.
