The phone is never answered, when they do there is no appointments. Attitude of staff terrible. Repeat prescriptions not issued days after put in the box. Paperwork missing from when joining. One staff members information differs from another one. Someone needs to come in and sort this place out and maybe the staff will be more approachable.
