I’ve had a chronic skin condition for over a year, I have always seen the same DR, I had a telephone consultation booked,the day of the telephone consultation I had a phone call from a trainee doctor five hours before my booked appointment, she asked me to come to the surgery, I showed her the quantity and size of the products that I use, she gave me a prescription for three things, the items were the wrong size and quantity so I did not purchase them, as it would be ridiculously expensive, she recommended cetraben, and prescribed it for me Little did I know there’s a warning on the back Do not use if your skin is badly cracked which mine is seek medical medical advice before use ,it was too latei had used it and it burnt all my skin, so that has been thrown away another expensive mistake, Spoke to a receptionist about the quantity of the steroid cream and she said she would speak to the doctor still waiting for that prescription, The wash that I use I asked for two boxes she only gave me one had to buy on Amazon and purchase a litre.
