Visited this surgery for the first time today (usually go to Beversbrook) for a blood test, receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was the nurse I saw. On my way out, I mentioned to the receptionist that I needed to book for an ECG. She asked if I could wait 20 minutes or so because there was an available slot, which was great for me as I live a 20 minute drive away, so would save me coming back. Again, lovely nurse did the ECG and it was reviewed by the GP right away.
Great service, friendly and efficient staff - thank you to all :-)
