You need to understand that people have a hidden diasabiiy and that the same people need help with getting appointments and such. I myself have Broca's aphasia which is hidden disabilty and is never remembered when I want anything.

You are absolutely right that we should be taking into account hidden disabilities, thank you for reiterating this. We endeavour to flag up this cohort of patients through our clinical system and apologise if you have felt mistreated in anyway. We will look into this immediately.
