I find it very difficult to make appts, they are often weeks in advance or call after 8.00am on the day. I think we should be able to ring up and make an appt for either that day or the next. Its a very busy surgery and the receptionists do a stirling job but I really think we should be able to get appointments at least within a day or two. My husband works as a trade plater and goes out driving for a living leaving at 7.00am in the morning. When he is ill he either has to take a day off hoping to get an appt.
