Surgery is kept in a clean, tidy and good room temperature which make you feel welcome and comfortable when entering the surgery and during the wait (never more then 10 min).
Always have a member of staff available to answer any questions I may have and clear instructions are given in regard to where to wait for your appointment.

Thank you for this high praise, It certainly helps our staff morale to have good feedback as they try to work hard for everyone that uses the Surgery. At times things do not run as smoothly, but we always endeavour to make sure the patient feels welcome and comfortable.
