I booked a blood test about two weeks before and found the receptionists extremely courteous and helpful. I managed to book the day and time I requested without any fuss or bother. On the day of the blood test (yesterday) I arrived about ten minutes early only to be seen straight away by Nikki. I was only with her for about five minutes but Nikki is always helpful, considerate and professional. The blood was taken without any pain or discomfort and I am only glad that the decision to have blood taken in the surgery for all patients has been made.

We are extremely proud of the service Nikki gives to her patients and this lovely comment only enhances our thoughts. Many thanks for taking the time to write it. We have been having a few problems with providing the service for all patients due to the high numbers, but we are working on this. Apologies to any patient who has been affected.
