When we required some personal help, regarding information share to another distant trust hospital, we received excellent service from the office manager and her staff.

The turnover of GPs seems to be high meaning that it is difficult to maintain a relationship with one particular GP before they leave.

I received great care from my Doctor on this visit as I have on all other visits to her. I have received great care from the nurses at Studholme in past for a different problem. I always book my appointment on line so I cannot comment on the service I could receive from reception staff.
