Receptionists are reluctant to pick up the phone, despite there being at least 4 staff present. They're more than happy to have a good old chit chat & laugh amongst themselves about whatever's going on in their lives.
When they do eventually pick up the phone, they're unhelpful, don't listen & are rude.
Doctors are hit & miss - some are great, others leave you feeling like visiting them was a waste of time.
Service is inconsistent & leaves me feeling wondering what sort of service I'll receive today...
