On the whole my experience at the studholme practice is satisfactory. However, it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment, especially if you want to see a particular doctor. I am also concerned at the rapid turnover of doctors. I think it is important to see the same doctor and build a relationship with him or her.
Another senior partner is about to leave, Dr.Butt and although he has never been my designated doctor, I have recently seen him several times and I have great confidence in him. He is my son's doctor and has been great with him through some quite difficult times. He will be greatly missed.
To conclude, my main concerns are to get an appointment within a week and to be able to see the same doctor.
