It is totally impossible to get an appointment unless you know you are going to be ill weeks in advance. You are advised to 'ring the following morning at 8' when appointments will be available, but the phone line is constantly engaged and when you finally get through at 8.07 all appointments have gone. If the practice is that stretched why are they still accepting new patients? It's a poor excuse of a drs surgery.
