Firstly I phoned the surgery for two reasons one to ask why my repeat prescription which I had placed with my pharmacy on 1st July had been dealt with by the 7th July ànd two to book an appointment for next week that is w/c 11th July only to be told by th3 automated system that the surgery was not taking any appointments forr the day that I phoned which was the 7th July didn't want appointment for that day anyway!!!!! Totally useless bloody system

Suggested improvements
Here's my suggestion sack all the admin and receptions and employ people who care and answer the phone instead of activating the autom ßtsystem because they can't be bothered to answer them phone
