Whilst I have had varying degrees of success with making an appointment with a GP (more positive than not), I have always been able to see a nurse, usually with a good outcome. I find the reception staff helpful and approachable. I felt listened to at my last GP appointment, which I appreciate hugely. I have confidence in the team as a whole, and am grateful I chose this practice when I moved to Ashford in 2014. I have recently undergone some blood tests and found having these at the medical centre rather than the urgent care centre at Ashford hospital has produced more beneficial outcomes than those I had had at the UCC (where they lost my results at least once, maybe twice). I find the medical centre very convenient and am grateful for its flexible approach, especially with their opening times which often accommodate my working hours so I don't have to take time off work for routine tests etc. Many thanks to them all.
