It is hard to get through on the phone. Long waiting time and when finally connected it is like a lottery who will answer the phone as some of the receptionist are very rude. Getting an appointment now is impossible. Before Covid it was hard enough to book an appointment, even online booking was a nightmare. If I succeeded, the GPs (changing all the time) were helpful, but very much pressed with time. Overall I am since years now disappointed with this surgery. Unfortunately it is impossible to get registered anywhere near.

Suggested improvements
Get friendly and helpful front desk staff for a start. Try to see the human being behind the phone call, who is desperate for help. Allocate more time for visits and shorten waiting times for appointments, as it is ridiculous to get an appointment in a months time. Who knows if I still have the problem then....
