I have been with this practice for nearly 20 years. It has been improving continuously throughout the years. We have to be a bit patient when getting through to make an appointment due to the number of calls they receive and eventually we can get the service we need if we explain clearly the reason for the call. In my experience the reception team has been improving over the years. The clinical team has always been great.My last visit was about three weeks ago when I had a shoulder pain.The doctor I saw was very caring and took the trouble to listen to me and explained to me how to take care of it. I consider myself fortunate to be with this practice.Even since the pandemic started I have been happy with the care I received. I am more than happy to recommend this practice to anyone.

In the past we were able to see the doctor of our choice. It would have been nice if that was still possible.
