There is no appointments left when you finally get through to the receptionist, E consultation always has issues ie not going through to the surgery so there is no record of an appointment being needed. There is no follow up to patients after a doctor consultation when you do get to see a doctor. There is no follow up from the doctors after tests. No transparency, compassion or understanding of how worried or anxious that patient maybe feeling when the receptionist are communicating with patients and family members face to face and via phone call. Their service is not effective and is leaving patients feeling frustrated, unheard and overwhelmed. This doctors really needs to reconsider how they treat the more vulnerable patients like the elderly and patients suffering from mental health disorders, especially for these patients econsult can be to confusing and stressful resulting in patients not receiving the care they need and further complications to heath. I have been with this doctors for over thirty years its gone from being extremely supportive and patient centred to poor

Everything needs to be improved patients are having to go to A&E to be treated for illness that can be diagnosed and treated at the doctors.
