Warm greeting whether by telephone or face to face. Very professional and excellent service. Always able to talk to someone at the surgery, normally on the same day too. Now has an excellent new online service, which is fantastic and allows you to be more open to the doctor or nurse before you speak to them; time saving. Always feel that I have been listened too and received a great service allowing me to feel I have been treated in the best way. Thank you
