Have been a patient for several years and have always found the attention I have received to be without fault. I prefer to see a particular Doctor but know that I will have to wait usually until the following week to see him. If it is urgent, then there is a new Doctor who is extremely kind and attentive. It can be embarrassing to unintentionally hear the Receptionists talking to patients on the telephone. Is there any way a Receptionist could be away from the front desk to answer the phone? Especially as now there is a patient self checking in system. It might also be helpful if the 'notice board' showed the waiting times for the more popular Doctors. I have known people who have to get back to work/pick up their children, etc. repeatedly ask how much longer before they are seen.

Thank you for your feedback; how long a patient waits in the waiting room before their appointment starts is something we are trying to improve on, it is a daily struggle but we are trying a few new ideas!! PM
