This is the second time in a year I have been greeted on the phone by unhelpful, unkind and rude receptionist staff. With no regard to listen, give advise or pass me through to the correct people. Thankfully the gp's inside are the ones actually looking after people because I would be reconsidering my doctors surgery if they weren't. Receptionists are not doctors and should not assume a higherarchy over patients.
