It may be difficult to get an appointment sometimes and if you want to see a specific doctor then you may be in for quite a wait, but as a family we have found all the staff, the receptionists, the pharmacy team and the telephone team and of course the doctors to have been helpful and considerate. During a really hard time with our elderly mother the team and especially Dr Rushton were excellent.
