Staff are polite and most helpful. Little to improve - though perhaps being able to obtain an appointment to see a doctor easier/sound.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We are constantly reviewing our systems and trying to find ways of improving access for our patients. Patients are able to access a variety of appointment types.Sometimes patient demand can be difficult to predict leading to longer waiting times for an appointment.
