This is an observation... I'm not sure if it is good or bad about my care.
The new system for appointments is more difficult but it does create a bigger "distance" between patient and personal doctor.
The result is better for "black and white" ointments. Pt is probably worse for confused anxieties.
I believe shifting of more responsibility to reception, dispensing and particularly, nursing is good.
