I was burnt my arm many days ago and I was calling to Stansted Surgery for doctor or nurse appointment.
The receptionist told me as I needed to get to Harlow Hospital Emergency.
I explained second time,as it isn't emergency situation,as I burnt my arm many days ago and I was using a medication, after that I have been my arm swelling and inflamed and allergic.
Receptionist again repeated as I needed to get to Harlow Hospital Emergency.
I started explaining as it isn't emergency situation, I needed as doctor or nurse appointment as there are inflammation and and my arm is swelling.
Again She told me as I needed to go to Harlow Hospital Emergency.
Really, stuff didn't listening which reason I was
calling .
I was calling ,as I needed an appointment to nurse or doctor and this was after 12 pm.really instead nurse or doctor appointment I need start travelling by train to Harlow,after by bus to Harlow Hospital,then wait possible many hours for appointment and then again same journey back to home?
It will be taking as 5-6 hours,as usually in emergency waiting time are hours long.
It's worse experience in my life.
No respect,no listening skills,no empathy etc.
Where are humanity,where are understanding as patient need respect don't matter as English language skills isn't perfect , listening skills will be perfect anyway for listening while one patient calls for Stansted Surgery.
