On the whole the doctors are really good and caring. The receptionists however need a lot of improvement. They are not very helpful, don’t listen to patients concerns and can be quite intrusive. They insist on knowing details of illness when they don’t need to know. They need to remember that they have no medical knowledge and cannot decide what is an urgent problem. It is almost impossible to get an appointment with my named doctor and as someone with a chronic condition it’s very disconcerting to have to explain myself each time to someone else.
I am overall happy with the service as the doctors do try their best at a very busy surgery
