Me and my family have had nothing but an excellent experience of St Stephen's House surgery. Compared to our previous two GPs, both in a suburb of London, this GP should exceed 5 stars. There are always 3 doctors available to see. The surgery has smart and clean facilities. The reception staff go out of their way to help us, and when we get to see the doctors, they are passionate about helping patients. I also see the Nurse periodically, and its nice to have a bit of a chinwag while your blood is being taken, it takes the sharpness of the needle away. Thank you staff, a real pleasure to be a patient, this is what a GP practice in the UK should be.

On a general healthcare system level - we need to reintroduce face to face appointments particularly for Children and Older People who are likely to respond better to a face to face conversation. I accept this is not limited to St Stephens House surgery, so this is no criticism.
