Receptionists are brilliant, very helpful, and cheerfully put up with my weird sense of humour. I tend to see Dr Bush every 3 months, or send in blood sugar readings and blood pressure charts, to keep her up to date. Appointments are always made 3/4 week in advance, so no problem there.

Suggested improvements
BEFORE, and I stress BEFORE the covid-19 outbreak, I would have liked a couple more seats with arms on them, to make it easier for us oldies to get up, but I have to accept that most patients look at their phones and arms are a nuisance to them.
