I have not seen a doctor for over 3 years face to face I phoned today Monday 31 January 202 was on from 8 o’clock over 30 so called callers in front of me waited over a 1 hour to get through then was told I would have to phone back tomorrow at same time as I did today and I asked what if the same would happen tomorrow and was told I would have to keep phoning I am in agony with my shoulder and was told to phone 111 I am a old aged pensioner I don’t want priority I just want to see a doctor I am in a lot of pain I do not need this stress worrying about my husband who as cancer but if I wanted covid vaccine I would been seen straight away very angry patient regards

Yes offered a appointment or at least speak to a doctor who could have prescribed a prescription this is a recurring problem
