As a relatively new patient I have been favourably impressed by all aspects of the practice
The church premises add character but do provide, in my view, a small drawback in that the entry lobby is small and communication with reception staff is via the narrow window something which banks, tube stations and football club ticket offices try to move away from by having a wider window area
Given the limitations of the building this can not be remedied and is perhaps not something significant
I have had the best possible experience in my communication with the team and appreciate their ever positive attitude
I love St Peters. I find the surgery very homely and reliable. I never have any problem getting an appointment. Even the staff are kind and helpful. The nurses and doctor's always provide a professional service. St Peters you are the best!
Would it be possible to hold a patient meeting to explain the new organisation? I certainly would understand better the options available.
We have an active patient representation group, who meet every 6-8 weeks. If you would like to join please speak to our reception team.
Always pleasant and helpful despite being a really busy surgery.
My only criticism of my appt yesterday was that the waiting room was completely airless and I had to wait outside in the garden. My appointment was with Linda, the nurse, and she was very friendly and did my injection quickly and skilfully.
The receptionist staff, and particulary Ros, are always very helpful and try their very best to get an appointment booked as quickly as possible.
