Terrible admin staff. No appointment ever on time, even early in the morning. Doctors literally timed me before and kicked me out after 10 min as 'time was up'. Asked for a routine test to be conducted on my pregnant wife but staff told me this is not done in UK even though NHS website clearly said it'd be available and recommended to each pregnant women.
Try to avoid this GP...
