After talking to the kind reception staff, I was very promptly phoned back by the duty doctor. Investigations were arranged for the same day, and the doctor contacted me by text to inform me of my results, without having to go through the reception. I had fantastic continuity of care. Given the current coronavirus situation, I was expecting to have to wait a lot longer for my investigations. I was given outstanding care and cannot recommend this GP practice enough.
