On Mon 4th Dec it took 59 mins and 30 calls to get through to get attention. Long term and patience shows it is a perennial problem at 0800 each weekday. Surely this can be improved!
On 6th attending for an ECG there was a problem getting results and was advised that this a long standing problem which had been reported a number of times to be told not practical to replace equipment as it cost 200 pounds!
True to say that since member of St Lukes with Greenswood results have deteriorated.
