The reception was very helpful, considerate. I have been trying to get a doctors app for ten days since I has car accident, I have been saying to receptionist while waiting for B.P check with nurse what a terrible system it is, everyday I had rang continually for 8 am and when finally getting through all app were gone, earliest app reception could give was 5/1/15 its not accident was 7/12/14, she was amazing. Parrot however was curt and unhelpful, I was saying how difficult it was to see a doctor.
