Appointment time was 1530. Didn't see doctor until 1630. Apparently there was an emergency. No communication from reception staff, had to ask practice manager what was going on. If I was late by an hour my appointment would have been cancelled. Please just take to the patients, and tell us what is happening. Think it's called common courtesy.
