The practice reception staff are very polite and listen to your concerns. They deal with all nationalities that attend the practice with care and consideration. There is a interpretor service avalaible. The practice is clean and tidy. The reception area is clean and tidy. There is a lift facility for disabled people gaining access to the first floor.
