Recently I experienced from a Doctors Secretary more than was expected from her. She went out of her way to help me make appointments with consultants and I appreciated her help with this. It goes for without saying excellent care from my regular Doctor during trying times for me Regarding appointments I do believe we can email the Surgery but haven't followed this experience personally
