The receptionists are very helpful when you ring for an appointment or test results. The doctors who I have seen are all very easy to talk to and very professional and I have always felt confident with their diagnosis and treatment given.
It does get rather busy at times and you may have to wait a while beyond your appointment time.
My only complaints are with the amount of car parking space and with the check in screen not being reliable to be working and the new online repeat prescription service does not seem to be as quick as the previous one.
