Receptionists, nurses and a percentage of GP's provide excellent standard of professionalism and friendly service to patients, however, one particular doctor lets the practice down with his bad manners, disrespectful towards patients. I recently witnessed this particular Dr, call several peoples names out, all of which said good morning to him at the door, and he blanked them, appeared to rush through the patients in quick succession, i very reluctantly had to see him, although i came close to giving up my appointment to a lady with young children who missed her appointment by a few minutes. Upon being seen by this particular doctor, i found him to be gis normal rude / disrespectful self, he has no bedside manners, and generally is a let down to the practice, to the point if it wasnt for the friendly receptionists and nurses, i would transfer to another practice
