People are quick to complain but do not to praise. I should like to complement your reception staff who, these days are always helpful and cheerful and ensures that visitors to the doctors surgery are almost enjoyable. This was not always the care here in the past.

Whenever I phone the practice I can always get an appointment and the reception are always helpful and polite. I find Dr Allingham has a very pleasant manner and very informative whenever I have to visit the surgery.
