St James Medical Centre is a truly terrible experience. The telephone booking system is simply pointless - you have to call at 8am and wait to get through - usually 20-30 minutes which means you can't plan the day or work. Or, you queue outside at 7.45am, irrespective of the weather, and hope the receptionist doesn't fob you off - I was recently in a queue and the receptionist attempted to fob each patient off from seeing a doctor. A truly pointless and dangerous practice, led by a team who treat patients with contempt...
