The online appointment system is abysmal and when at times the receptionist will cancel if they think the reason for the appointment is unnecessary. Often getting the appointment online or by phone is very difficult if not urgent. There is often a need to see the doctor, which may not be of a urgent nature but not seen very important by the surgery. There is no care for the patient either by the receptionist or by the new doctor that has taken over the practice. The only helpful people is Dr Solomon senior and the receptionist Akhi, who are always caring and considerate and compassionate to the patients needs and circumstances.
