Use to be the best NHS surgery around.
But since past couple of years you can never get an appointment.
They have made a online appointment system so tried 20 times and no booking available except nurse application and when called for appointment the receptionist is very rude want patients to fall extreme sick before they take an appointment.
We are not here to waste their time and our time they should understand.
Could be due to NHS funding cut , but it is important to inform others what's happening
