Very poor service via admin, prescriptions and reception staff.
Non responses by admin and prescription queries and requests for telephone consultation with GP. Phone calls to surgery disconnected. Ring back service disconnected calls also.
Have had to use out of hours doctors to prescribe repeat medication and contact st anne's for gp consultation.
Bad surgery staff.
