I was phoning the practice to arrange a telephone consultation for a second time ( as I had been unable to secure an appointment the previous day). I was on hold for about 15 minutes and when the receptionist answered the call I fumbled my phone and managed to put it on hold. The receptionist could not hear me and eventually hung up. I was trying to phone back ( to re join the queue) when my phone rang - it was the receptionist calling me back! She could have just moved on to the next call but instead showed a great deal of consideration by making the effort to call me back.
