I really dislike the doctor first system and think some "old fashioned" appointments should be made available. The new system doesn't work for me as I work in customer service and can't guarantee I would be available to take the doctors call back. I also do not have anywhere private to talk whilst at work. Fortunately I rarely have need to see the doctor. This system does put me off calling for an appointment. It annoys me immensely when people fail to attend their appointment can't a system be implemented to take persistent offenders off the register?
