I feel the receptionists' should have more training i.e. customer service and have an understanding of patients' needs e.g. hard of hearing and treat the patient like you would a relative to be treated. They are like a barrier cream to the drs also. It is not an easy job being on the front line A good training exercise would be for staff to do a days work experience in another colleagues job - that would be a good talking point. The nurses are great - well done, you do a fantastic job. The Drs do a great job, I have seen most and they just have their own unique way of doing the job - well done. A big thank you to the cleaners too
